In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. 777bet cash reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and use of the 777bet cash platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 777bet cash does not permit gambling by persons under 18, without exception.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 777bet cash platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 777bet cash or its technology, game, or payment partners.

777bet cash employs technical and procedural measures to prevent underage gambling. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age during registration will have their account immediately terminated, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings voided. 777bet cash reserves the right to recover any funds paid out to an underage player by all available legal means.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. 777bet cash makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Each eligible individual may register one account only on the 777bet cash platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, bKash numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and active Bangladeshi mobile number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. 777bet cash is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

777bet cash will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password, PIN, or full payment details. Any communication purporting to be from 777bet cash that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all registered players and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA adds a secondary layer of account security by requiring a one-time verification code in addition to your password at each login. 777bet cash is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's choice not to enable available security features.

777bet cash reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requests for additional identity documentation, source of funds declarations, or address verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in temporary account restriction pending compliance.

All transactions on 777bet cash are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Player when funding a payment method in a foreign currency are the Player's sole responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods: 777bet cash currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at 777bet cash's sole discretion. Players are notified of significant changes to payment method availability via their registered email address.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposit processing time: Typically within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled mobile network maintenance.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful KYC verification. Same-day processing is available for verified accounts during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Transaction fees: 777bet cash does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777bet cash accepts no responsibility.

777bet cash reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of account history. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player. Players who decline to provide requested documentation will have their withdrawal suspended until compliance is achieved.

Deposits must be used for the purpose of gambling on the 777bet cash platform. Any Player found to be using the platform solely to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine wagering activity will have their account reviewed and potentially suspended under the platform's anti-money-laundering protocols.

777bet cash offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed full KYC verification and who are in good standing on the platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome and reload bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus carries a ৳30,000 wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will expire after this period without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Crash games and instant games may contribute at 50%. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 777bet cash reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to Player accounts will continue to be governed by the terms in place at the time of crediting.

Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting the support team. Opting out of bonuses does not affect a Player's ability to use the platform or withdraw existing real-money balances.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 777bet cash are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game, as published in the respective game or betting help sections of the platform. This section sets out the general principles that apply across all betting and gaming activity.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not valid until you have received a confirmation reference number. Bets displayed as "pending" or "processing" that do not receive a confirmation reference are not active bets.
• Insufficient funds: If your account balance is insufficient to cover the full stake of a bet at the time of placement, the bet will be rejected in its entirety. Partial bet placement is not available.
• Odds changes: For pre-match sports betting, odds are locked at the time the bet is confirmed. For in-play (live) betting, odds may change between the moment you submit a bet request and the moment the platform confirms it. In such cases, 777bet cash may notify you of the revised odds and offer you the option to accept or decline.
• Abandoned and void events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours from the originally scheduled start time, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' wallets.
• Casino game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures audited by independent testing laboratories. 777bet cash does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified payout return-to-player (RTP) rates are available in each game's information panel.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-session or single-bet winnings caps may apply to specific games or markets. These caps, where applicable, are stated in the relevant game rules and take precedence over any other payout calculation.

777bet cash reserves the right to void any bet or reverse any casino payout where there is credible evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or market manipulation that materially affected the outcome displayed to the Player at the time of wagering. In such cases, the Player's stake will be returned in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777bet cash platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 years.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI betting tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human intervention.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the platform to process funds of illegal origin, or using the platform for any activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the 777bet cash platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials or account balances to any third party.
• Placing bets on markets where you hold insider information not available to the general public.

Players may close their 777bet cash account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 777bet cash will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of the real-money balance within 5 business days, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure: 777bet cash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against 777bet cash by the Player's payment provider.
• Provision of false identity or age information during registration.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to advance notice being provided to the registered email address.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777bet cash will notify the Player by email where reasonably practicable. During a suspension period, the Player's ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw will be restricted. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, all restrictions will be lifted promptly and any verified real-money balance returned.
